No Refunds on Digital Products
MakeEmotes Pro is a digital product that is delivered immediately upon purchase. Because you receive instant access to all Pro features at the time of payment, all sales are final and non-refundable.
We encourage you to fully explore the free tier before purchasing Pro to ensure the product meets your needs.
Technical Issues
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using Pro features after purchase, please contact us and we will work to resolve the problem. Examples include:
- Your transaction ID is not being recognized by our system.
- Pro features are not unlocking after successful payment.
- The checkout process charged you but did not complete.
In rare cases where a technical issue cannot be resolved, we may issue a refund at our sole discretion.
Duplicate Purchases
